Race1 is based at Hamble Point Marina, the hub of the Solent yacht racing scene.

The marina is situated at the mouth of the Hamble river and offers free parking along with every possible facility and marine service.

As the closest mainland sailing centre to Cowes it is truly at the heart of the sailing community and the ideal place from which to race or cruise.

Directions to Hamble Point Marina:

By Road - From the M3 take the M27, Eastbound for Portsmouth. Exit Junction 8 of the M27 for Southampton East/Hamble. Follow signs for Hamble on B3397, Hamble Lane. After approximately 3 miles you will see a sign for Hamble Point Marina, just past the Fire Station and opposite Copse Lane. Turn right into Copse Lane which turns into School Lane and Hamble Point Marina is 1 mile down this lane.

By Rail - An Inter-City service from London serves Southampton, which operates a regular local train link with Hamble Station.
