Chartered Accountant with a management background in Retailing and Luxury Brands - sometime President of the Regent Street Association. RYA Yachtmaster, Powerboat Instructor, Keelboat Coach, Open Meeting Race Officer. Keelboat National Champion as crew and helm. 1972 Olympic Squad (Kiel). Soling Coupe du Monde Winner (crew 1981); Ton and Admiral's Cups in 1970s.

2: Philip J.B.Crebbin MA
Cambridge Mathematician and Computer Scientist with extensive background in Marine Industry including Spar Manufacturing. 15 National and World titles. Olympic Campaigns in 470 (Kingston) and Solings (World 470 No.1 1976); 5 times 8-Metre World Champion. 2 America's Cups as Skipper and Technical Director (1982/3, 1986/7). 3 Winning Admiral's Cups as Skipper. Top Match Racer, Helm or Tactician. RYA Coach, Rules Technical Committee. Brilliant communicator who will pass on (most of) his secrets to raise the game of experts and beginners alike.

3: Stuart Wood BSc F.Inst.D.
A graduate engineer and experienced Snr Director, formally on the main plc board of City Technology Holdings Ltd., (the most successful company to emerge from a British university). Stuart is a commercially endorsed Yachtmaster, RYA Race Officer, and immediate past Commodore of one of the south coasts premier sailing clubs. Prior to joining Race1 Stuart was Managing Director of one the UK’s leading yacht Charter companies; his focus at Race1 is on managing the rapid growth of the company’s Corporate Events, Team Development, Race Training and Yacht Charter division.

4: Anthony Haines
Respected professional crewman, rigger and commissioning perfectionist. Managed Tour Mumm 30 Campaign (Panther); the top British Farr 40 at Worlds (Game On); IC 45s and many others as well as all the Race1 Ker 11.3s. Quality is Ski's primary target and it shows in whatever he touches. Project management skills in abundance.

5: Frederick Hall MBA
Marketing executive and raceboat skipper and crew trainer. Match racing experience with GBR America's Cup Challenge and Bear of Britain. Great communicator and observant coach capable of raising the performance of beginner or expert alike.

6: Hakim Falkner BA + Dip.Arch. hakim@race1.co.uk
Trained as an Architect, Designer with Fitch plc., now Race1's Webmaster and visual design advisor.

7: Dan Gick
Southampton Institute yacht maintenance course graduate in charge of Apron Maintenance. Expert on hull and deck cleaning and engine and winch maintenance; visit Dan at the Race1 Portakabin near the travelift.

8: Ryan Brooks
Commercially Endorsed Yachtmaster Ryan assists with the boat maintenance and handovers for charters.
